I believe many of us are living lives we never intentionally chose.
We inherit beliefs from family, society, workplaces, and past experiences about who we should be, what success looks like, and how we're supposed to live. Over time, those expectations become so familiar that we stop questioning them. We adapt, settle, and often lose sight of ourselves in the process.
My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves so they can make intentional decisions about how they want to live, work, and lead.
My Story
For years, I lived many of the same patterns I now help others recognize.
I understood what it felt like to stay in situations because they were familiar, to ignore the quiet voice telling me something needed to change, and to believe that enduring discomfort was simply part of life.
Everything began to shift when I started asking different questions. Instead of accepting life as it was, I became curious about why I believed what I believed and whether those beliefs were truly my own.
That journey became the foundation of my work.
What I Do
Today, I share these ideas through books, speaking, and coaching.
Whether I'm speaking to an audience, working one-on-one with a client, or writing my next book, my goal is the same:
To help people recognize the patterns they may never have questioned, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater awareness and intention.
